Position: Mall Retail Sales Associate/Assistant

REQUIREMENTS

• Age: 23-35 years old
• Female
• Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma, Short Course Certificate or equivalent
• Required languages: English, Filipino
• Required skills: sales, customer service, communication
• Preferably 1-2 years experience in Sales/Retail or equivalent
• Must be hardworking, dedicated and committed to the job
• Must be friendly, approachable, trustworthy
• Can work with minimum supervision
• Can be relied on to come to work regularly and come to work on time
• Willing to work in Glorietta, Makati City

DUTIES

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Assess customer's needs, provide assistance and information on product features
• Be knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
• Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
• Build rapport, trust and strong relationships with customers
• Monitor inventory, issue receipts
